Interviewer: I love The Kills, what would you say to the fans who have followed you for your ten year existence?
Alison Mosshart: I would say thank you. There's so much music out there. So many wonderful bands from so many times. So many new bands, so much to take in. I never take it lightly when someone loves our band. It means they've got a place for it in their heart. It means they make time for it and that it does something for them, is meaningful to them in someway. We meet a lot of our fans and I am so excited by them. for the most part, they are incredibly creative people, painters, writers, art students, musicians, film makers, poetry buffs, eccentrics, outsiders, dreamers, people with energy! We're in wonderful company.
